Recap of May 2008

Okay, so basically this is going to be a recap of my month at home (May 3rd - June 7th). I hope you enjoy! Here we go...

SATURDAY, MAY 3rd:
Right when I got home I got to see my nieces that I haven't seen in about a year and half and one of my new nephews. First, we have David Enoch Taylor - he is so smiley. Rebecca Lynn walked in with this hat on saying, "HO, HO, HO!" She was pretending to be Santa. HAHAHA!!!I walked into my sisters' room and Rachel Lee had gotten into her mom's makeup. Isn't she cute with the lipstick all over her face and the pen all over her belly?
Olivia Michelle getting ready for bed and just wanted to take pictures
SUNDAY, MAY 4th: This was the day I got to see Heather's first baby blessed, my nephew Kenyon Felipe Hepworth(L-R) Sarah Elizabeth, me, Heather Marie, Kenyon Felipe, Michelle Lee, Amy Christine, and Caroline Megan
Man, we are cute girls! Stephanie was the only one of the family that couldn't be there. I think it's funny to see how dark my legs are compared to my sisters' next to me.
Monday, May 5th:
So, I went to a super-boring YSA Family Home Evening with my brother and his girlfriend. Afterwards, we went to the Pueblo Riverwalk and hung out and took tons of pictures. Here are a few:Well, Kaven was just supposed to get a picture of her and I was supposed to make her hair blow in the wind...instead, it looks like I'm going in to kiss her and she's going to let me...AWKWARD...but funny!

Kaven found some kids to play baseball with...this is one of the many statues you can find at the Riverwalk.
Yeah, that look on his face means he loves me!

Tuesday, May 6th-Saturday, May 10th:
I spent a lot of time with my grandma. She was visiting from Mexico and since my sisters were still in school and my parents were at work all day, I decided to stay at home with her and entertain her. Here is a picture of my grandma:

I don't know why, but she was always cleaning the house, and she never did her Happy Birthday dance for me.

Monday, May 12th - Friday, May 16th:
A lot of time this week was spent at Ponderosa Traders (my dad's jewelry shop). He needed help cleaning and delivering jewelry and since my grandma headed back to Mexico, I really didn't have much else to do at home by myself.
So, I have no idea what he was looking at or doing. He took this himself and I stole it from his camera because I thought it was funny. It's like he's trying to do some sort of Superman pose...or something! He's a character!
This is me and Dad at work. That's what he wears only when he's polishing jewelry. It looks like he's going to war in some Middle Eastern country.

Friday, May 23rd:
This day was so much fun, I went up to the Denver Temple with my sister, Michelle, and her family. I took some really cute pictures of her girls with some flowers and by the fountain:

I told her to smell the flower, not eat it...oh well.

Saturday, May 24th:
Sarah's Graduation Day! She was much like Stephanie on her graduation day, because right after graduation they didn't want to take pictures with anyone and they just wanted to go home and be away from Pueblo County High School. But I did catch one picture of her with Kaven in his "tux".

He thinks he looks so hot!
May 25th - June 1st:
I didn't do too much that week and I don't really remember much of what happened. Kyle flew my parents out to Provo for Stephanie's birthday on June 1st. My parents wanted my youngest sisters to stay at Matt and Heather's house while they were gone, so I was home alone with Kaven for the whole weekend and we went to the Riverwalk a lot. Oh, I did go to one of my friend's graduation parties. Here is a picture of me and her:Me and AlexisOK, these two boys were so funny at the graduation party. Elias (left) is my boyfriend, just to let you know, and he is Alexis' brother. Colton (right) is their cousin. I kissed Elias on the forehead when I got to the party and he was so excited that a girl kissed him he had to tell Colton. So Colton came up and asked me if it was true and I had to confess. Well, a couple hours went by and I kissed Elias on the forehead again and he yelled to Colton, "See? See? She kissed me again!" A few minutes later I was sitting on a bench by myself and Elias came up to me and put his arm around me and said, "Hi Jennifer! I love you!" I said I loved him too and he kissed me on the cheek! He ran to Colton right after and I heard him yell, "I did it! I did it!" It was so cute! This just shows that I don't have trouble getting boys, just trouble getting boys my age!

Monday, June 2nd - Thursday, June 5th:

The Trevizo boys are so cute, they run around a lot and are really loud and mean to each other, but they are so cute! I got to babysit them while their mom was in Mexico and their dad was at work. I took a few pictures of them at the park and there really weren't any exciting moments while I was babysitting, but every day when I dropped them off with their dad they would scream their heads off. They didn't want me to leave and their dad just laughed at them. One day I was talking to DJ (the oldest of the two) and he said that it's because they like me better because I play WITH them and their dad just watches them. Bro. Trevizo told me on Thursday night that when I dropped the boys off DJ said, "This is the worst day ever!" When Bro. Trevizo asked him why he said, "Because Nayeli isn't coming back tomorrow." I didn't think I was that much fun while I was with them.
Anyway, here are some pictures of them:

I was so scared that he was going to fall, it was so high up!

Well, that was my trip and I flew back to Provo on June 7th. It was good to see my family again, but it sure is good to be back where I have things to do and more friends to hang out with.
